Description

Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-ALC) intends to solicit, evaluate and award a contract for Solidworks Software under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a Brand Name Only Requirement. This requirement is being issued as a solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. The solicitation number for this requirement�is issued�as a request for quote (RFQ) W912NW-21-Q-0078 (See attached). The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is�511210 and has a size standard of�$41,500,000. Quotes are due no later than 10:00AM CST, 19 JUL 2021. The evaluation will be conducted IAW FAR 13.106-2. The award will be made to the successful offeror IAW the solicitation terms representing the best value to the Government based on lowest price. All quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Department of Defense System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov.� Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at https://www.sam.gov or complete in RFQ W912NW-21-Q-0078.
