- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to participate in a competitive acquisition to provide a Homemade Explosives (HME) course to support CIN: S-43 1-90 I 0A - Chemical and Biological/Homemade Explosive Team Training. Contractor shall provide nine (9) 1-IME courses each year with a maximum of sixteen (16) U.S. Navy EOD students per course. Each course will be designed to support three (3) days of instruction with a minimum of eight (8) and a maximum of twelve (12) hours of instruction per training day. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611519 with a size standard of $16.5M. Disclaimer: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Interested business firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response. Submissions must be received via email no later than 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday, 7/20/2021. Questions or comments regarding this notice shall be via EMAIL ONLY.
