- Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel expenses, tools, equipment, supervision, and expertise necessary to provide a service contract for all items listed in the nurse call system inventory (Appendix A), to include component level troubleshooting for all other components not listed, such as patient pull stations. As equipment becomes obsolete, the facility shall have the ability to replace it with new equipment, once off warranty, by contract modification. Work to be performed at the Oscar J. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI.
