Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to The SIL International. 7500 West Camp Wisdom Road, Dallas, Texas 75236-5699. 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for an annual subscription license�(online) to Ethnologue legacy data. The period of performance is one year from the date of award.� This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within ten days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Sumit Rana, Contracting Officer, at sumit.rana@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
