Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure LPD 28 high temperature superconducting (HTS) advanced degaussing (ADG) system spare parts from HTS ADG system original equipment manufacturer (OEM), American Superconductor Inc. on a Sole Source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
