Astronics Test Systems, Inc. Description. See Below Set-aside Status. N/A Description: The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center,. Intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Astronics Test Systems Inc. 12889 Ingenuity Drive Orlando, FL 32826. �This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Astronics Test Systems Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required software, hardware, installation, and training that is required. Astronics Test Systems Inc is the original equipment manufacturer and they are the only company authorized to provide support, calibration and upgrades to the PinPoint II System. Attempting to have any other entity try to calibrate or upgrade these machines would void any viable manufacturer's warranty. Description of Supplies and Services: The USCG has a requirement for the maintenance and calibration on the PinPoint II System. This purchase provides a the C5ISC ACCAS Facility with a Multi System 12-Month Extended Support and Windows 10 Upgrades for 2 Astronics PinPoint II systems: System Serial Numbers � 29988 & 29147. All responsible sources may submit a response and will be considered by the agency if received by 3:00 p.m. ET on 23 JULY 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to Angela.D.Sadowski@uscg.mil with solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
