One-on-one meetings will be held after the Pre-proposal conference on the afternoon of May 26, 2021 and the morning of May 27, 2021. Proposers are required to monitor the CLD Announcement website for any changes to the date or time of the conference. Attendance at the virtual Pre-proposal Conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation. Due to space limitations, representation of any potential Proposer may not exceed three (3) �meeting tie-ins� per Proposer. Any �lobbying firm or lobbyist� as defined in 2 U.S.C. 1602(9) and (10), or any Proposer represented by a lobbyist under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 shall be specifically identified.
