- Description
- The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management (AQM) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for the acquisition of artwork from Claire Oliver Gallery. The proposed purchase order is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This specific product was chosen for its specific technique, style, medium, or background aesthetics and no other product will meet the unique artistic criteria which has been established by OBO for use at US Embassies and consulates. The specific design features coordinate with the unique architectural details, the environment, and the conditions of the U.S. Embassy Nassau, The Bahamas. However, anyone wishing to have their representational artwork considered for current or future requirements may contact OBO/OPS/ART - Lori Krause at�Krauselk@state.gov�to present their product.� Expressions of interest must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, July, 20, 2021
