Description: The contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, and equipment for the repair by replacement of�two (2) roof-mounted HVAC units, and provide two (2) new ductless mini split systems to include all�associated electrical and plumbing, and two (2) new thermostats in Building 21. All work shall be performed at the Sepulveda Air National Guard Station.
