- Amendment 0005 -�The evaluation package has been updated to include�a subcontracting plan. The subcontracting plan will be rated as acceptable or unacceptable. I provided templates for an indvidual plan and commercial plan attachments for reference.��Please provide the subcontracting plan by July 30, 2021 before 1:00 pm. For questions, please reach out to me at Frederick.miller@gsa.gov or by phone at (202) 236-9234. Amendment 0004 - This solicitation has been extended to May 4, 2021 before 2:00 pm Eastern Time. If you have any questions, please contact me. Amendment 0003 - Answer to questions from site visit and questions in general. Also there are two attachments for Questions 1 and 2. (Attachment 1 is Electrical Submittals Light Pole Fixtures and Attachment 2 is Electrical Submittals White Pole Light Fixtures) Amendment 0002 - Please have all Questions you have from the site visit that was on March 29, 2021 at 9:00 am submitted to me, frederick.miller@gsa.gov by April 5, 2021 before 12:00 noon. Your responses to the questions should be uploaded by April 8, 2021 before 12:00 noon Amendment 0001 - NAICS Code has been updated to 238210 including vendors with other NAICS codes that can do the work. CVG 114 Substation Amendment 0001: Site Visit will be held on March 29th at 9:00am. Please email me your company and attendees for this walkthrough no later than March 24th. I will extend the proposal submission a week. So request for proposal (RFP) will be due April 15th. If you have any questions, please contact me. Also please see attached CVG Substation Amendment 0001 for recent questions and answers. 10 Year Contract to repair, replace, modify, operate and mantain CVG substation 15Kv power distribution, and street lighting. Expand to insure all underground equipment is included. All operation, maintenance, inspection and repair activities must be coordinated with the operations of the Central Utility Plant, the Air Force Complex, FDA and GSA Faciltiies.
