Description

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has implemented the Shadow Excursion Underwater Breathing Apparatus� (UBA) and require training support services to train personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Shadow Excursion UBA in support of military operations by the authorized Contractor. Chase Defense Partners has the specialized expertise to provide the required training and is the only authorized trainer certified by James Fisher Defense (JFD) Limited, the OEM to provide the required services within North America.�� No other vendor has been certified to provide the required training. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders to Chase Defense Partners (CAGE CODE 1RZM1).� The estimated minimum contract value is $4,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $249,000.00. The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. The Sole Source Justification (SSJ) will be posted under this synopsis.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611519, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
