- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAN 016564 MOVE is issued as a solicitation.�� The closing date and time of this solicitation is 20 July 2021, 2:00 P.M. EST.� This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 484210, Size STD $30MIL.� This requirement is a 100% [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The requirements for this solicitation are: To move organizational equipment from: Origin:����������� Fort Gordon, GA 30905� � � � � � � � � � Destination:��� Fort Meade, MD 20755 Performance must start on 28 July 2021 with a second pickup up and delivery in September 2021.� The award will be all or none. Prices quoted shall be FOB destination.� FAR provision 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors Commercial] applies to this acquisition to include the following addenda: All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Maintenance (SAM). The SAM can be accessed via the internet at https://sam.gov.
