- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for base wide paving repair, replacement, and minor construction of pavements including roads, housing area streets, parking lots, and airfield pavements at Ellsworth AFB, SD and South Dakota Army National Guard in Rapid City, SD. �The solicitation will result in one firm-fixed price requirements type contract. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $39,500,000.00 in annual revenue. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to performing base-wide paving repair, replacement, and minor construction of pavements including roads, housing area streets, parking lots, and airfield pavements at Ellsworth AFB.� The specific description of work will be identified in each individual task order.� All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions. Solicitation FA469021R0010 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about August 2021 via Beta SAM. The proposed contract award date is 1 May 2022 and the proposed contract start date is 10 May 2022. Contractors submitting a proposal must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. The contracting office for this requirement is the 28th Contracting Squadron, 1000 Ellsworth Street, Suite 1200, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706.
