Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)10-21-007-PY to acquire Food and Dietary / Kitchen Supplies for the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, MT.� The procurement is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� Offerors are requested to propose an all-inclusive cost when submitting a quote.� �The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a requirements contract to ONE (1) Contractor in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ)10-21-007-PY. � This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 311999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. See attached for details.
