- --- 14JUL2021 UPDATE --- This requirement would be for a base year and two option years. --- END 14JUL2021 --- ORIGINAL TEXT: The Defense Logistics Agency�is in need of a cutting edge human resources research and analysis tool, and advisory services, to assist the office in the development, implementation, and management of DLA human capital programs,�initiatives, and metrics in the most effective and cost-efficient manner; respond to new DLA human capital initiatives, regulations, and policies; and enhance current human resources practices to meet DLA�s mission and human capital strategic goals. DLA is specifically in search of the following: HR research and analysis tool: An online tool with customized dashboards that provides access to on-demand, accurate, and validated labor market data relevant to the Federal Government.� Other capabilities will include but not necessarily be limited to: Real-time forecasting data analysis capability for job series and types available in every metropolitan area in the United States.� Supply and demand changes by occupation, location, the emerging skills and certifications by location. Salary comparisons. Download reports capability Capability to show real-time talent information filterable by Occupation, Job Title, Skill, Certification, Industry and other filters as to where public and private sector organizations are competing for talent Capability to access historical hiring data for all public and private sector organizations competing for talent. Provides access to information, statistical insights, and analysis of emerging recruitment trends, analysis of emerging trends of university graduate data (coming new talent, what degrees and locations), emerging trends in skills and competencies. Provides access to various data sources such as: national and local job postings; surveys; corporate recruiting sites; Federal, state and local census data; universities and colleges; research networks HR Advisory Services:� A resource that provides: On-demand unlimited access to research advisors to assist DLA human capital strategies and initiatives such as strategic workforce planning, talent management, organizational culture, leadership development through various insights, tools and tailored guidance Provide strategic and objective advice on talent risks and trends, addressing emerging human capital challenges such as future of work, digitalization Access to comprehensive research, best practices, reports and analytics to address human capital trends, talent related questions, evolving HR technology and applications Access to research webinars, online learning, tools, templates, diagnostics, networking with other HR managers Leverage the use of and information from the HR research and analysis tool referenced above to provide analysis to�assist in short- and long-term talent decisions.
