Please note that this is a not request for quotes or proposals. VHA Reginal Procurement Office (RPO) 2 is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing Annex Building Furniture The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 336212. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and must be received no later than June 21, 2021 @ 10AM EST. Email: LATEISHA.ROBINSON@VA.GOV and Fax: 718-741-4722. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time will not be considered for this procurement. Please review the attached Statement of Work attached herein. General Information Title: John Deere Gator XUV 865M HVAC Scope of Work: The James J. Peters VAMC Grounds Section under the VA Police and Motor Pool is currently seeking to purchase this piece of equipment to improve the collection of garbage around the Medical Center perimeter, this machine will also help with the snow removal on the sidewalks since it s going to be equipped with a snow plow. . Background: The majority of the garbage and debris collected by the Grounds section staff is originated around the perimeter of our Medical Center, in other words, it is dumped in our sidewalk by our neighbors. This create a situation where we need a piece of equipment that can be driven on the sidewalks to safely collect that garbage, the john Deere Gator XUV 865M will provide our staff with the flexibility to climb on the sidewalks to collect those material and in addition will give us great help during the winter time with the snow plow. The winter equipment will be also very helpful for our sidewalks inside our facility providing a safer environment for our patients, staff and visitors. Peters VA Medical Center Motor Pool 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, NY 10468 The contractor or subcontractor must notify the Contracting Officer immediately when an employee working on a VA system or with access to VA information is reassigned or leaves the contractor or subcontractor s employ. The Contracting Officer must also be notified immediately by the contractor or subcontractor prior to an unfriendly termination.
