Description

NCIS is seeking sources and industry feedback to identify a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (CoTS) Software as a Service (Saas) solution that provides transcription of audio and video files into document formats. The identifed solution will likely requires Artificial Intelligence capabilities as well as multi-language support based on the type of audio/video file. The Government strongly desires solutions that already have the Authority to Operate (ATO) on the Navy Marine Corps Information (NMCI) network. The Government has identified some potential providers but is requesting additional feedback from industry: Azure,�Dragon,�Sonix, Maestra, Trint,�RealLegal,�Amazon Transcribe,�3M Secure Enterprise Dictation and Transcription Solution and�Temi. Interested vendors should respond with the following details: 1) Business name and address; 2) Name of company representative and their business title; 3) Type of Business; 4) Cage Code and D-U-N-S numbers; 5) Address any suggested CoTS Software solution(s) and whether an ATO has already or previously been received. Additionally, identify the means to procure the item(s), i.e. contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to include General Service Administration (GSA) e.g. Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), OASIS, Alliance, etc.;�NIH (NITAAC), NASA SEWP, or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) Vendors who wish to respond to this Sources Sought should send responses via email NLT 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT), Thursday, July 21, 2021 to Mrs. Kristin Gomez at kristin.gomez@ncis.navy.mil. Interested vendors should also submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than fifteen (10) pages) demonstrating ability to provide/perform applicable supplies/services to meet the requirment identified above.
