- DLA Troop Support is seeking sources who can manufacture the below container: National Stock # 8145-01-688-4112, Part # AL4002307, BOX SHIPPING AND STORAGE The Government intends to procure this item using the authority at FAR 6.302-1 and is seeking sources who can manufacture this item. The Government does not possess the drawings for this item. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA is seeking sources of supply for the above-referenced NSNs. The sources sought information is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is not obligated to purchase any materials as a result of this inquiry.
