Description: The purpose of this project is to replace existing boiler with new boiler, new flue, re-vent existing water heater and replace 3 each in line existing water pumps with inline strainers to new boiler. The end result desired is a new fully functional boiler and re-vented water heater in building 48010 Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. All work must be accomplished IAW the attached Statement of Work.
