Tie into existing 2"" main located near entrance of park. Install a new valve box and 2"" valve after water meter. Run approximately 620 LF of HDPE 2"" water line with two Tee connections(See Water Distribution Map. The first 620 Lf of HDPE will have two road bores at approximately 40 Ft combined. From the first Tee install a new valve box and 2"" valve. The run will continue for approximately around 2050 Lf of HDPE 2"" water line in a loop around sites 1 through 26. After site 1 the HDPE line will be terminated and capped. There will be two road bores required at an estimated 40 ft combined. Install one new valve box and 2"" valve on main line located between campsites 16 and 17. Between sites 5 and 6 the 2"" HDPE main line needs to Tee and go north for approximately 365 Lf to tie back into the first waterline completing a looped water system. On this line between sites 5 and 6 install looped water system. On this line between sites 5 and 6 install a new valve box and valve. This run will require 3 road bores at approximately 60 Ft combined. In front of restroom #1 the 2"" line shall cross behind campsites 17 through 27 and campsites 9 through 15 (See Map). This distribution line shall be connected with a HDPE Tee fitting at each end with welded seams. On this line there shall be three 2"" valve boxes and three 2"" valves installed per the locations on the map. After the second Tee on the main run (See map) run 2"" HDPE west behind Restroom 1 and tie into existing water line that services restroom. Contractor shall continue 2"" HDPE Towards the north end of park approx. 380'(See attached Map) towards site 33 and turn cross behind sites 28 through 33. See maps for locations of Valve boxes and Valves All water lines and fittings shall be HDPE(unless otherwise stated) pipe shall be marked with Tracer Wire and Warning Tape. Contractor shall ensure longest lengths of pipe available shall be used to reduce welded joints. Piping and backfill shall meet compaction specifications provided by the manufacturer. All couplings shall be fuse welded and uniform to comply with manufacturers specification. All valves shall be installed with flange adapters and back up rings. Water lines shall be disinfected, tested and flushed prior to acceptance. Water lines shall be trenched so that piping meets manufacturer's specification and local frost lines. 1.4.2 New 3/4"" HDPE Line Approx. 1,660 LF (Distribution to campsites) Contractor shall install a new 3/4"" HDPE and tie into newly installed 2"" main lines. Each run is approximately 40' LF for a total of 2,260 LF total of 3/4"" HDPE. 3/4"" line shall be seam welded by a 2"" to 3/4"" HDPE Tee fitting. Once the 3/4"" line meets the campsite impact zone a threaded nipple shall be welded to the end of line. At each campsite contractor shall install a new 3/4"" galvanized elbow with 3/4"" riser standing approximately 36"" above ground. A second galvanized elbow will be installed at the top of riser and finshed with a new 3/4"" hose bib valve. All water lines and fittings shall be HDPE(unless otherwise stated) pipe shall be marked with Tracer Wire and Warning Tape. Water lines shall be trenched so that piping meets manufacturers specifications and local frost depths. Excavate trenches to a depth that provides a minimum cover of 18"" from the existing ground surface, or from the indicated finished grade, whichever is lower, to the top of the pipe. Back fill shall be free of rocky materials to avoid damage to distribution lines.
