- CURRY COULEE & PASTURE 4 PIPELINES: The BLM office in Miles City, Montana has a requirement to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct two livestock pipelines. The pipeline shall be ripped (pulled) to a 5 ft. depth. All pipeline appurtenances shall be installed to 6 ft frost free depth. All specifications, requirements, drawings etc. shall be included in the solicitation which is anticipated to be posted on/about August 2, 2021. Response date for the quotes will be on/about September 2, 2021. Work under this contract is located in Prairie and Garfield Counties, Montana Work is anticipated to start by September 13, 2021. Contractor shall have 55 days from Notice to Proceed to complete the project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $250,000. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $35,000. Payment protection shall be due within 10 days upon notification of our intent to make award. Prospective contractors shall be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database or failure to submit all required quote information as identified in the upcoming solicitation may make an quotor ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov. All questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing to rundlin@blm.gov at least seven business days before closing. An organized site tour shall be scheduled. Date/time shall be posted with the solicitation.
