NOTICE TO ALL PERSPECTIVE OFFERORS: THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a solicitation (negotiated) for the design and construction (design-build) of rehabilitation improvements for the Amistad Dam Elevator located in the county of Val Verde, the city of Del Rio, the state of Texas. The proposed work is for the modernization of the facility elevators. The proposed project includes the design, (including production of design and construction documents), construction (removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment), and final certifications of new elevator system.
