AMENDMENT 1 This response is to questions that were presented by contractors during the period designated within the combined synopsis (36C25621Q1231) for the Medrad Intego PET Infusion System. The following questions were presented and are answered. Are you wanting a Trade-in? Yes, there will be a trade-in . Do you require a quote for the SAS and PAS disposables? No, the disposables will not be needed in the quote. Authorization Letter from Manufacturer will need to be included with quote. All other conditions remain the same pursuant to the name and address of the issuing activity, requirement of the submission of quotes, contracting point of contact, and closing date.
