**Amendment 1(posted on 16 July 2021). The registration deadline for the site visit (noted in Section 3 of the RFQ) has been extended to 2:00p.m. CDT Friday, 16 Jul 21. No other information regarding the site visit has changed at this time**This is a requirement for purchase with removal and installation of pot and pan washers.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301621U0150 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and DFARS change notice 20212005. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 333318 with a size standard of 1000 employees. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 21 July 2021, please see RFQ for details.
