Description
VYNTUS One PFT Products Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential businesses especially any Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) offerors capable of providing VYNTUS One PFT Products as listed in the below Statement of Need utilizing NAICS Code 339112. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide the principal VYNTUS One PFT Products listed below for the VA Medical Center Altoona, Altoona, PA. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, Point of Contact, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business info and if they are a manufacturer of the items. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at ronald.kline@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses are due by 12:00 pm (EST) on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. Questions can be submitted electronically to ronald.kline@va.gov. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issue an RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey either. Statement of Need Altoona VA Medical Center Salient Characteristics Must be Vyntus ONE PFT System Automated quality assurance, including real-time monitoring/alerts, an automated sensor stability check, measured CO2 cross-sensitivity and a data manager to view error codes Module Dimensions cannot exceed the following:18 x 15 x 10 (W x D x H) Weight must not exceed 15lbs Cart Dimensions 65 x 55 x 70 (W x D x H) Total weight 250lbs Casters must be 4 swivel castors that are 3.9 , lockable, electrically conductive, no marking grey polyurethane tyred  Mechanical height adjustment must be available that is gas spring with a range of 11.81 and a load capacity of 22 35.2lbs Power Supply for the module shall be supplied by the isolating transformer of the cart with a max power output of 80 VA with protection class I electrical Safety Cart supply shall have 115V AC/230 V AC with power input of 690VA, protection class I electrical safety Must have analyzer module (O2, CO2, Multigas), breathing circuit (including Ultrasonic sensor, Flow Path Valve, and Demand Valve), SentrySuite software, standard cart and arm with adjustable height and left/right mousepad, validated WIN 10 PC with sanitizable medical keyboard/mouse, 27 flat panel infinity-edge monitor, Office Jet printer, 3-L manual syringe, O2, DLCO and calibration gas regulators, 6 cylinder gas stand, 1 box of MicroGard IIB and IIC (80 each) filters. Tests performed: Spirometry (FVC, SVC, MVV), Lung subdivisions (VTG, FRC-N2, RV, TLC), Real-time DLCO MIP/MEP, pre/post bronchodilator. Vyntus One PFT System that meets sensor 2.5% accuracy Vyntus One PFT system with no manifolds that are proximal to the breathing tubes as they can be a source for contamination even with use of in-line filters Installation DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
