Description

Description of Service: ICC AV System Maintenance for Kirtland AFB, NM Place of Performance: Kirtland AFB Description: 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.�This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 �Acquisition of Commercial Items� and 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures� (SAP). 3.�The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. 4.�Services shall be provided IAW the attached Performance Work Statement, (Attch1 PWS 15 July�V7). 5.�Offerors shall submit all questions relating to the solicitation to both POCs listed below. The questions shall be submitted only on the Attach 5, Q&A Spreadsheet. Questions about this RFQ shall be submitted NLT 21 July.� 6. All emails in response to this solicitation should contain ""RFQ FA9401-21-Q-0003"" in the subject line. �
