Description: NOTICE: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. The intent of this notice is to inform the vendor community of�a recent�contract action. This procurement is for items which the government�solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). This notice�is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract was solely�within the discretion of the Contracting Officer and documented in the attached justifcation.�The purpose of this procurement is to purchase IT services.
