Description: The purpose of this acquisition is to contract for Behavioral Health Transportation Services at the Wind River Service Unit, PHS Indian Health Center, Fort Washakie, Wyoming.� The contractor shall provide a secure method of transportation for IHS patients from the Ft Washakie clinic or either of the local SageWest Healthcare hospital emergency departments.� For transportation to a relevant psychiatric facility as determined by mental health professionals.�
