A Seller's failure to comply with these terms may result in its Bid being determined to be non-responsive. Delivery must be made within ten (10) business days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days - not to exceed ten (10) business days - required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. Unless otherwise noted.
