Original Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Product Service Code: X1EZ � LEASE/RENTAL OF OTHER INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS NAICS Code: 493120 � Refrigerated Warehousing and Storage Place of Performance: Jacksonville, FL 30234 USA Description The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for Cold Storage Services to include storage, on-site processing, and transport of perishable property within the Jacksonville FL, area in accordance with the Statement of Work. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 493120, Refrigerated Warehousing and Storage, with a size standard of 30.0M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective June 10, 2021. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Sam.Gov website http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 1333MF21QNFFK0051. �Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award�Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. �Award will not be issued to vendors not actively registered within SAM. �For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site:� https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. In order to register with the SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors shall also have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. A Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet online at: http://www.dnb.com/ or by phone at (866) 705-5711. The anticipated award date is on or about July 30, 2021. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 (Commercial Acquisition). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on July 28, 2021. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to manuel.ponce@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to manuel.ponce.@noaa.gov by 12:00 P.M. Eastern on July 26, 2021.
