- Description
- USDA Forest Service, Lincoln National Forest, has a requirement for Photovoltaic equipment and supplies.� � All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO) of record by email to: warren.abbott@usda.gov.� � Type of Award. As a result of this solicitation, Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order.� Total Small Business Set Aside (100%) under NAICS code 221114 for which the size standard is� 250 Employees; PSC code 6117, apply.� Basis for Award.� Award will be based on FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).� Request For Quotation (RFQ) shall use Best Value principles under SAP.� All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly less important than cost or price. FAR 52.211-6 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (AUG 1999) Applies. Offer Submission:� Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.� Responses to this solicitation should be sent by email in electronic format to the Contracting Officer.� All submittal and deadline requirements shall be met by use of email: warren.abbott@usda.gov.� Deadline for submission of offers shall be August 18, 2021, 4:00 p.m Pacific Daylight Time.
