- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote with shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20210709 and AFFARSs AFAC 2019-1001. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 511210 with a size standard of $41,500,000.00. CLIN 0001 1 EA., Annual Support to include 12 mos of unlimited break/fix techincal support. CLIN 0002 6 EA., Service Desk with CMDB Concurrent User On-Premises Subscription-Annual. THIS ACQUSITION WILL BE 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. a. Provide Cage Code when submitting quote. Also provide full solicitation number on all packages. b.�Liability Insurance c. Warranty (if applicable) 52.212-2--Evaluation--Commericial Items. a. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
