Description
To modernize and complete its end-to-end, fully integrated cloud-based eDiscovery program, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requires Contractor support with significant and demonstrated experience in implementing commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions to address organizations identification, collection, and preservation needs. For the left side of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), the OCC requires a managed service supported by a single suite of tools, or a collection of fully integrated tools. The HIPC solution is intended to be used enterprise-wide by: (1) legal staff primarily in Litigation and Enforcement, but occasionally in the other Chief Counsels Office (CCO) practice areas; and (2) Information Technology Services (ITS) employees and contractors. The OCC is seeking professional services to design, implement, and operate the integrated solution as a managed service, as well as to train its users on the new solution. Place of Performance:The Contractors place of performance will typically be the Contractors facilities. The Contractor is required to deliver training at the OCC's Washington, D.C., headquarters (see PWS for details). Interested parties are requested to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) using the table in the ""RFI 7-16-2021"" attachment. Only electronic copies of RFI responses will be accepted and should be emailed to: deonna.reyes@occ.treas.gov and myron.waddell@occ.treas.gov. The e-mail shall contain the following subject line: Response to RFI2031JW21N00003 HIPC Requirement. Questions regarding this RFI are due by 4:00 PM EST on July 23, 2021. RFI responses are due by 12:00 PM EST on August 13, 2021.
