Description: The Contractor shall perform the Biohazard & Hazardous Pharmaceutical waste retrieval and disposals for the Indian Health Service Whiteriver Service Unit. The project is a component of the Department of Health and Human Services. The initial contract will be one (1) year, with (4) options years to extend. The services required are to provide waste pick-up and disposal services to the Parker Indian facility of the CRSU. Waste pick-up and disposal services are needed for Direct Patient Care in the clinic.
