- This is a ""REQUEST FOR INFORMATION"" only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo NY 14215 has a requirement for a contractor to provide a one year service agreement to include four option years for the elevators listed below. The service agreement shall include: 1. All scheduled inspections, services, testing, adjustments and repairs and/or replacement parts for all elevators related to operations, functions, and safety. 2. All required unscheduled adjustments, services and repairs for all elevators during business hours 3. 24hr a day/ 7day a week emergency call back service for all elevators.
