- 7/18/2021-�MODIFICATION 01 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 1333MF21QNFFN0048 MODIFICATION 01 IS ISSUED TO ADD LINE ITEM 0002 FOR FUEL COST ON STANDARD FORM 18 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND ADD CLAUSE 52.216-2 ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT - STANDARD SUPPLIES.� PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SF18 REVISION 01 AND COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION DOCUMENT REVISION 01 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION� One research live-aboard dive cruise off the coast of Texas and Louisiana to complete fish surveys simultaneously using the stationary point count and belt-transect methods (I)��������� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)�������� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1333MF21QNFFN0048 (III)������ The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05(MAR 2021)(Deviation 2020-11)(AUG 2020).
