Description
Questions and Answers to RLP 36C24621R106_Durham S-1 CBOC_VSOB_set_aside_Amendment_1 Please confirm this solicitation is still canceled. Answer: 36C246-21-R-0061 was Cancelled and replaced with 36C246-21-R-0106 and this current RLP was amended, 36C246-21-R-0106_Durham S-1 CBOC_VOSB_set_aside_Amendment_1. Section 3.06 calls for both LEED and Green Globes requirements. Typically, we see VA CBOC s only require Green Globes (or LEED or Green Globes), but never both. Could VA please confirm that Offerors should follow Green Globes requirements as opposed to LEED for this submittal? Answer: Please disregard any references to LEED. Offerors must follow Green Globes terms and conditions. Please OMIT Section, 3.06 subsection T and U from consideration of offers relating to LEED requirements. Throughout the provided RLP documents, there are mentions of both FSL 2 Security Standards, but then Exhibit C includes Security-related requirements that conflict with FSL 2 Security Standards. Could you please confirm that if there is a conflict, Offerors should follow FSL 2 Security Standards? Answer: Facility Security Level 2 (FSL-2) is the base requirement and the Exhibit C provides additional requirements including additional requirements to the FSL-2. Any conflicts between Exhibit C and FSL-2, Offerors should follow the more stringent requirement. Please confirm that VA requires that Offerors provide turnkey pricing for the Tenant Improvement portion of the Project, as opposed to pricing the Tenant Improvements after Award and the completion of Construction Drawings. Answer: This VA Lease acquisition requirement is for Turnkey pricing. Will any extensions be provided for additional time to respond to the RLP? Answer: No. Will any further questions be answered prior to the due date (July 26th, 2021) of Offeror submissions to the RLP? Answer: No.
