- Description
- The U.S. Embassy Dakar, SENEGAL has a requirement for a firm to provide Mobile Phone services and other services as required in the Scope of Work The anticipated performance period is for one (01) base year, with two (02) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. �At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting its proposal: All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the service Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required by local law for mobile phone services; Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); www.sam.gov The solicitation will be issued via the beta.SAM.gov website and at the Embassy public website.�� No paper copies will be mailed. The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing from the beta.SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.SAM.gov website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation �All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.�Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM The Government intends to award a contract This award will utilize a comparative evaluation selection process authorized under FAR 13. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
