Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 Effective 12 July 2021. The synopsis/solicitation number is 2031ZA21Q00141 for Transportation and Incineration of Disintegrated Non-securities. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Set-aside to Small Business Concerns represented by NAICS Code 562213, (Solid Waste Combustors and Incinerators). The size standard is $41.5M This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this procurement.
