- NOTICE TO OFFERORS: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is an FY21 requirement. -------- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is FA6643-21-Q-4AW01, and the solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) This solicitation is a sole source effort to the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort (CAGE XXXXX), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The associated NAICS code is 721110 and small business size standard is $35.0M. (v) A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): The CLIN structure is as follows. Period of Performance is the date of award through 21 November 2021. 0001 Event IT Requirements, Event AV Requirements, and Meeting Space IAW attached Detailed Requirements FFP 1 LO 0002 Event Food and Beverage Service/Meals and Menu for 540 Adults and 140 Children IAW attached Detailed Requirements FFP 1 LO 0003 Childcare Services IAW attached Detailed Requirements FFP 1 LO 0004 CDRL A001 � Childcare Credentials IAW attached DD 1423 FFP 1 LO (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The HQ Air Force Reserve Command Yellow Ribbon Program (HQ AFRC/A1ZO) requires commercial Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event services support. Specifically: Event IT Requirements, Event AV Requirements, Meeting Space, Event Food and Beverage Service/Meals and Menu, and Childcare Services. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: FOB destination at Robins AFB, GA. Place of Performance: As noted in CLIN schedule. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. �(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda to the provision also apply: *Proposal must be submitted to HQ AFRC/PKA (antoinette.flowers.1@us.af.mil and rachel.may.1@us.af.mil) electronically via email. Hard copy proposal will not be accepted. Proposal must be valid through 31 July 2021. � (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision are as follows: Award will be based on price only; no other factors (technical, past performance, etc.) will be evaluated.
