7-19-2021 - Posting Question & Answers - no Amendment.� Proposal due date remains unchanged at 28 July 2021 4:00pm EST. 7-15-2021 - Amendment 0004 is hereby added to Solicitation W25G1V21R0014, to revise Section L, Volume I Technical to remove the maximum page limit; update FAR 52.222-23, Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity for Construction, to include Minority Participation and Female Participation Goals; Post Q&A dated 15July2021. Offerors shall acknowledge this amendment in their proposal submission.� Proposal due date remains unchanged at 28 July 2021 4:00pm EST. 7-14-2021 - Amendment 0003 is hereby added to Solicitation W25G1V21R0014, to update the following: Exhibit A (7) - Bldg 14 TO HAZMAT Report is hereby attached; Solicitation Section L Volume I Technical max pages is increased to 100 pages; Update Exhibit A(1) Rev1 Bldg 14 TO RFP with Rev 2 to extend the proposal due date to 28 July and identify proposal submission must be submitted in accordance with solicittion W25G1V21R0014. This amendment does not extend the Solicitation close date of 22 July 2021 4:00pm EST. 7-6-2021 - Attach Bldg 14 Site Visit sign in sheet from 7-1-2021. The solicitation response date of 7-22-2021 at 4:00pm EST is unchanged as a result of this update. Solicitation W25G1V21R0014 is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract, for real property maintenance, alterations and repair of minor construction at the installation level for Tobyhanna Army Depot.�Potential small business concerns should be able to provide basic facility maintenance, repair and minor construction work. Orders will primarily include Construction, Repair and Maintenance projects but may also include projects involving a variety of trades or design-build construction services. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design-build and other related work. Estimated magnitude is over $10 Million. NAICS is 236220, Additions, Alterations and Renovations. As detailed in the solicitation, a�site visit will be held Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 1000 for the Bldg 14 Renovation Task Order, details for the TO are attached as Exhibit A. This solicitation closes 22 July 2021 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Proposals must be submitted using DoD SAFE Service, https://safe/apps.mil - details are contained within the solicitation document.
