Description: This public notice is to provide an update to industry on significant acquisitions since the Galveston District Industry Day held in March. The Phase 1 Request for Proposal was anticipated to advertise in April 2021. During review of the solicitation and based upon industry feedback, the Government reanalyzed if alternative contracting methodology, e.g. FPIF, should be permitted at the MATOC level if and when the task order requirement warrants. Due this re-analyzation, the anticipate date for the Phase 1 Request for Proposal to advertise is now in July 2021.
