Description

20 Jul 21 RFI Log in response to questions received posted. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure a non-personnel service contract to provide all labor, material, and equipment to provide full maintenance of ten (10) elevators in Building 4500, for Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC) Fort Jackson, South Carolina 29207. �� It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 1 Aug 2021 to 31 Jul 2026, resulting in a one (1) year base and four (4) year option periods. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5M.
