Description

BLM-CO - Radio Site (3) Upgrades - Fencing and Grounds - Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to document the pre-bid site visit as shown on the Amendment form. This is a solicitation for upgrades on three radio sites on the Western Slope of Colorado in accordance with the attachments. ------ A hosted pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for 19 July at 07:00. Meet us at the City Park in Maybell, CO and prepare for a very long day as the total trip length will be over 375 miles to visit all three sites. ------ Description of Work: Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to rebuild and strengthen a chain link fence. Remove brush and all vegetation, apply weed killer, install pond liner on the ground and cover with Class 5 rock. The Government rough order of magnitude estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. ------ Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active registration - www.sam.gov 2. Short technical response detailing your understanding of the SOW, capabilities, resources, relevant and recent past performance on projects of similar scope and size, equipment, personnel and plan of operations. 3.
