Description

Pre-Solicitation:�On or about 06 August 2021, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for ""Lower Brule Natural Resource Protection Ecosystem Restoration Phase II"". The solicitation will close on or about 06 SEPTEMBER�2021. � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � The solicitation is restricted 100% to Small Businesses.� Site Visit:�Site Visit details will be provided with the release of the solicitation.� Project Description:�This construction project is a Section 203 Tribal Partnership Program Project and is a continuation of the work completed in Phase I.��This project will be for placement of a breakwater structure (placement of geotextile, aggregate surface course and clay fill), native plantings, and the constuction of multiple recreation features. Project is projected for completion of all work 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated Construction Costs:�The estimated construction cost of this project is Between $1,000,000 and�$5,000,000.� NAICS Code:�The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard for Small Business of $36.SM.�
