Description

Project Title: Repair Weather Towers, Various, KSCC The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to repair three weather stations located on National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Kennedy Space Center (KSC) property. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract for the Space Launch Delta 45, Kennedy Space Complex Center, FL to Repair Weather Towers, Various. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS): 237130-Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 In Accourdance With (IAW) FAR 36.204(f), Magnitude of Construction Projects, the Project KSCC 18-1543, Repair Weather Towers, Various is anticipated to be between $500,000-$1,000,000.00. The duration of this contract will be 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The number of days includes 25 Non-access days. THIS IFB IS BEING ISSUED AS A WOMEN-OWNDED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.� OFFERERS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: See Section L, Clause 52.236-27 for Date and Instruction. Notice to Offeror(s): Certified Funds are not presently available for this effort.� No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date.� In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. ***All proposed cost/prices shall be valid until January 15, 2021***
