- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W31P4Q-21-Q-0016 is set aside 100% for small business. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 325991 with a small business size standard of 500. The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, is soliciting quotes for the below listed items and quantities. Item ��� Quantity ���Part Description��� 1��������� � ����1���� ������SpeedMixer (Bladeless with vacuum capability and ability to mix 500g of � �� � � � � � � �� ���������������������������� ��material) (i.e. DAC 1200-500 VAC)������ 2��������� ����� 1���������� VAC Stand for SpeedMixer������� 3��������� ����� 1���������� VAC Pump for SpeedMixer������� 4��������� ���� �1����������� SpeedMixer Remote Control Software� 5��������� ����� 1����������� Max 200 Holder (1200-500) (Adapter to hold 50-200g of material)����� 6��������� ����� 1����������� Max 100 Holder (1200-500) (Adapter to hold 50 � 100g of material)�� Additionally, this equipment must meet the requirements stated below: The machine must be bladeless; The machine must use a dual, asymmetric centrifuge for mixing; The machine must be able to mix 500g of material; The machine must have programmable vacuum capability; The machine should include a VAC stand and VAC pump; The machine should include remote control software; The machine should include Max 100 and Max 200 holders; The dimensions of the machine should be 25.2� x 17.2� x 27.2� The weight of the machine should be 250 lbs (113 kg); The machine interface should have an intuitive touch screen; The speed variable of the machine should go up to 2,000 RPM; The mixing time of the machine should go up to 10 minutes; The machine must be fitted with a vibration sensor; The machine must have a counter weight to balance the mixing container; and The maximum mixing container volume should be 1200ml. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Other clauses may be included in the award if applicable. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. In the event more than one quote is received, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement, price, and delivery. All items shall include shipping costs FOB Destination to Redstone Arsenal, AL. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow.
