- The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center (NIWC Atlantic) Charleston, SC 22140 has a requirement for BRAND NAME materials in the attached Quote Spreadsheet Draft. This action is to complete market research to determine whether there is adequate small business interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential Small Business sources. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Rozella Johnson, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, 23 July 2021. The Government will not pay for any information received.
