Amendment 2: 20 July 2021: Amendment 2 has been posted that changes the quote due date to 23 July 2021 at 2:00PM CST. Amendment 2 supercedes all previously posted RFQ documents. Question 3 Posted: 12 July 2021: Please see questions 1-3 posted. Amendment 1 and Addendum 1: 8 July 2021:� Please note that there has been a change to the specifications of this requirement. The change shows a different type of bed than what�what was noted in the original posting. Please see the following documents Amendment 1-Solicitation, Amendment 1-Specifications, Q&A Answers 1-2, and Addendum 1-SOW. Please submit your quote using the Amendment 1-Soliciation document. All amendments will suprecede the original documents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301621Q0086 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 and DFARS change notice 20210115. This purchase is being solicited for full and open competition. This NAICS code is 337127. This is a requirement for Dormitory Furniture as stated below.
