**Responses due no later than 10:00 AM CST 23 July 2021, Questions and Answers have been posted**� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. �This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective 12 July 2021, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20210709 effective 9 July 2021, and AFFARS AFAC 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019. The Government is seeking dorm furniture for Building 1469 which involves the removal and installation of furniture.� The Government is seeking contractors to remove, deliver and install the furniture into each dorm room. There are a total of 1200 beds and 600 blinds that will have to be removed and disposed of; and new beds and blinds will have to be delivered and installed.� In addition, 92 wardrobes will have to be installed in the designated rooms. The Government requires certain salient characteristics for: Bed Metal Platform w/ bolt on Plywood Bed Bottom w/�Underbed Storage Wardrobe 2 Door/3 Drawer Blinds Please see section 4 of the Statement of Work (SOW) for specific salient characteristic.� The contractor shall be properly insured and compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. �Contractor shall perform all contract requirements in accordance with the Government provided specifications and instructions as cited in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to provide beds, wardrobes and blinds for individual dorm rooms and to remove and dispose of the existing beds and blinds that are currently in place. All materials and accessories shall be installed in accordance with (IAW) industry standards, manufacturer�s recommendations and the SOW. Please read the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for submittal requirements�and Statement of Work (SOW) for more details on the salient characteristics.�� **Responses due no later than 10:00 AM CST 23 July 2021, Questions and Answers have been posted**
